The evening cleaner is responsible for detailing the facility in terms of vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, detailing bathrooms and cafe, dusting and sanitizing equipment. The weekday staff handles the cleaning and detailing throughout the week. The evening cleaner is needed mostly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights after busy high traffic days. Availability during school breaks is also needed.

Work Experience: Commercial food experience. Suffolk County Food Manager's Certificate preferred but not required.

The kitchen is primarily a weekend position. This position requires work experience in a commercial food establishment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to prepping and cooking quick serve style dishes, handling multiple ticket orders while keeping to a party schedule, working closely with cafe staff and party hosts to ensure on-time food preparation, cleaning, cake decorating, and more.

The kitchen staff ensures that all food is prepped and ready for serving for the cafe and ongoing birthday parties. Must be able to handle a fast paced environment while keeping order preparation on time.

The Supervisor assists the Manager in many areas as well as directing the staff on day to day operations and tasks. The supervisor's responsibilities are but not limited to directing staff ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and running smoothly, inventory counts, redemption replenishing, party booking and confirming, cleaning, stocking, reports directly to manager and owner. Room for growth.

This position requires someone who is a people person and is passionate about bettering not only the customer's experience but the staff's as well. The Manager is someone who is a natural leader with the passion to help and coach others. Strong communication skills are required. The manager reports directly to the owner and must take and give direction extremely well. A team player with leadership qualities.
