It is our top priority to ensure you and your child play in a sanitary environment while at Xplore. We take every measure to ensure our facility is as free from germs as possible by having a strict disinfecting regiment for our equipment. Not only do we consistently disinfect surfaces and equipment, we use an ANTIMICROBIAL COATING that continues to kill and inhibit harmful microbes. 

 

We also require everyone to wear socks only in our play area to limit the dirt and germs bring brought in from shoes. That includes all children and adults. If you have been to Xplore, there is a good chance you have seen a staff member walking around with Clorox disinfectant wipes or Lysol Disinfectant spray, or one of our cordless vacuums. OUR FACILITY UNDERGOES ANTIMICROBIAL TREATMENTS REGULARLY

We coat all surfaces with a long lasting EPA registered anti-microbial coating by DIS.IN.FX.  This coating's active ingredient of Ammonium Chloride is .50% and 99.5% water making it safe for children and approved for use in schools. This anti-microbial coating and Inhibitor kills 99.99% of harmful microbes and inhibits microbial growth reducing cross contamination.

This coating only needs 1 hour to cure but we will always apply this treatment in the evening after closing. We plan on treating our facilities once per month. This coating lasts anywhere from 30-90 days depending on traffic but we plan on treating our facilities every 30 days.
